Intro

At Be2Be-Coaching, our vision is to make a difference in the world by training individuals on Emotional Health Awareness to pursue their Emotional Self-Sufficiency; accompany them on their healing journey through self-discovery, and guide them through the wonder of new possibilities while they excel in their performance regardless of the role/roles they play in life.

What is Emotional Self-Sufficiency?

As with anything new to us, it is easier to explain with a simple example through the matrix of knowledge:

Our ability to tie our shoelaces

When we were very little, we didn't know that the day would come when we had to learn how to tie our shoelaces; we didn't know that we didn't know, we were unconsciously incompetent. As we grew older, our siblings or peers could and we couldn't, we knew that we didn't know so we became consciously incompetent. With time and practice, we finally did it, and we know that we know, we became consciously competent. And today, we just tie them, we are not aware that we do this so we are unconsciously competent.

The same thing happens with anything that we learn in life, languages, skills, and our emotions.

Just as you learned how to tie your shoelaces, you can learn how to handle and resolve your unresolved emotions from the past. You have a built-in capacity to feel. It is underdeveloped and not just that, it is covered up by beliefs about yourself and the world around you.
